Methods of Payment
Please telephone us to pay by Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit, Visa Credit and MasterCard. Payment by credit card for orders in excess of £500 will incur a 2% handling charge.  By cheque (made payable to Trans K9 Kennel Products) bankers draft, building society cheque or BACS subject to satisfactory clearance and prior arrangement. (Please allow up to 10 days for cheques to clear.)

Terms of Payment
On stock items payment is required in full at the time of order. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering on all products that are manufactured to order. The balance becomes payable (cleared) prior to delivery with no exceptions. All goods remain the property of Trans K9 Kennel & Dog Transit Products until payment is received in full. Credit facilities are extended only to those with approved credit accounts.

Delivery
On receipt of your order we will give you an estimated delivery date, but due to varying workloads we will not guarantee any delivery date. Customers will be notified by email or telephone regarding a final delivery date. We will deliver certain products by carrier who will require a signature upon delivery. We are happy to deliver to your home address or place of work, whichever is more convenient. We cannot specify delivery times for goods being delivered by carrier nor guarantee the day. Any damage/shortages must be notified to us at the time of delivery otherwise no claims will be considered. Customers must ensure that all goods are checked thoroughly prior to signing the carrier’s delivery note.

Returns
The return of goods correctly supplied, will incur a 20% restocking fee along with a recollection charge. Any items returned which have been used, misused or damaged on return due to bad packaging will not be accepted. No refund will be given until the goods have been returned and inspected by TransK9.

Collection
Kennel products & dog transit boxes can be collected from our premises in South West Scotland. Our opening times are 8am until 8pm Monday to Saturday; Sunday by arrangement only.

Warranty
All TransK9 products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase/installation.During the warranty period defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The cost of returning such items for warranty work will be at the expense of the customer.

Stokbord
As fitted to our maintenance free cabins and other kennel products, can under extreme heat distort due to the nature of the product. It will revert to its original form when cooled. We also guarantee metalwork and associated kennel products for a period of one year against workmanship failure.
Non TransK9 Products
Warranty - All products supplied by us on behalf of other manufacturers are covered by their own warranty. Please check at the time of ordering.
